Apollo House in Heqorth Green is Ready for Tenants

Apollo House situated near the Monkgate roundabout in Heqorth Green has been completed and it offers six new office spaces spread in an area of 14,000 square feet in the city of York.

This £2 million construction has four storeys, out of which three are fully furnished with an average space for around 70 desks, while the fourth is still under construction. The renovations of the first and second floors that are vacant as of now have already had considered office planning which would allow them to be offered for rent soon.

The management of Apollo House is under Prospect Business Centres, and this company is constantly attempting to rope in smaller businesses for shorter lease agreements, so that they can retain control and do not have to exhaust whole office space support.

The units are expected to provide many jobs in IT and telecom support sectors that will centre round providing tenants with appropriate reception and technical services in addition to switchboard services. With the advanced IT and telecom systems, Apollo House is in fact expected to offer the best office space facilities in the area.

Andrew Walls, finance director of Monument Investors that owns Prospect Business Centres, said that the building is one of the most strategic investments for the group as it marks the expansion of the group in York. It will also be beneficial for York, as the area has been in dire need for quality office spaces for quite some time now.
